What data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. We do not ask for additional personal data on the form. If you subscribe to a newsletter, we collect your email address only.

When you browse the site, our server logs record the date and time of your visit, the pages you viewed, the approximate geographic location inferred from your IP address, the browser and device you used, and the referring site where applicable. This information is used for security monitoring and aggregate site performance analysis.

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or any third party analytics service that tracks individual users across sessions. Our server logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

How we use your data

We use the data submitted through our contact form to respond to your enquiry. We do not add contact form submissions to any marketing list. If you subscribe to a newsletter, we use your email address only to send that newsletter.

We use server logs to monitor site performance, investigate errors, and detect malicious activity. Aggregate data from logs may be used in internal reports on site performance, but no individual user is identified in these reports.

Legal basis for processing

We process contact form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We process server log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining site security and performance. Newsletter subscriptions are processed on the basis of your explicit consent.
